How to install FDT 3 in Eclipse?
If you would rather have FDT as part of your existing Eclipse environment, follow these instructions:
- Install Eclipse (www.eclipse.org)
- Open Eclipse
- Select "Help->Software Updates->Find and install..."
- Select "Search for new features to install" and press next
- Press "New Remote Site..."
- Insert FDT into Name and "http://fdt.powerflasher.com/update/" into URL
- Press finish
How to upgrade FDT?
In general it is only possible to upgrade FDT Professional to FDT Enterprise.
For users who still own an old version of FDT 1.5 or FDT Basic it is also possible to uprade their version to FDT Professional.
Please keep in mind that it is not possible to upgrade FDT Pure to any other version.
How to upgrade FDT 1.5, Basic or Professional to a higher version?
Please follow these steps to upgrade your version of FDT:
- Go to our Purchase site
- Click on the Upgradebutton of the version you want to upgrade to
- On the following page is a keychecker which will verify that you're an existing user of FDT. Please type in your old FDT username and key
- If your key is valid, you will be redirected to our shop
- After you've filled out the order form and click on the purchase button you'll get an e-mail with you're new FDT license key
